SHE ALWAYS GOT US WHERE WE WANTED TO GO, AND BACK HOME SAFE!

The 19 ft C-Dory angler was bought in May of 2005 in Anchorage, Alaska. It replaced the trusted 16 ft Boston Whaler "Hemisphere Dancer". Fitted with a Honda 4-stroke outboard, the C-Dory runs almost silent. Being a parrot head, I knew the name for this boat needed to come from a Jimmy Buffett song. So, with a little help from my dad (who owns the Quiet-N-Shy too) and the lyrics from the song "The Wino and I Know" the Quiet-N-Shy was born. As the song states "just trying to get by, being quiet and shy, in a world full of pushing and shoving"  by the end of the 2005 season, she has logged about 100 hrs of sea time and caught a ton of fish. My wife and I christened the craft on June 6, 2005 at Big Lake, Alaska with a bottle of Bud Light and some margarita mix and her life began.
